The term “Hearing Market” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, AQUAL LIMITED, whose registered office is 63 Salisbury Road, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 7AG. Our company registration number is 06267635 at Companies House, London. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.  Aqual also owns Deaf Wellbeing Limited, registration number 06564272.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  • VAT IS NOT PAYABLE.  VAT WILL NOT BE APPLIED UNT IL FURTHER NOTICE. You will not be asked to pay at a later date.
  • PAYMENT  - Online credit card and debit card payment in sterling is operated by the UK's most respected outsourcing payment provider in accord with our Bank. Details are available on request to existing customers.   All credit and debit card data is encrypted and this website holds no payment details. 
  • Subscription membership for RHAD operates on this website.  It is preferred by the bank that the customer pays by credit card.  Aqual Limited hereby takes responsibility for customers who pay by debit card as it gives greater freedom of choice. All payment card data is encrypted as above.
  • RESPONSIBILITY - Aqual Limited can take no responsibility for customers who purchase products either for themselves or others  that are unsuitable for their hearing issue.  Hearing Market offers 30 days to return the product if it is unsuitable.  No compensation will be offered after this time unless the customer has a Returns Number obtainable by email, telephone or letter to Email: debbie@hearingmarket.co.uk, telephone 0800 6122 768 or letter to our registered address.  The latter is monitored three-monthly.  Please telephone or email in the first instance.
  • PRODUCT - Accessories with Conversor Pro - Custom-made earmoulds e.g., hearing aids will fit into ears. Hearing Market takes no liability or responsibility if supplied mass-made earbuds and/or headphones are unsuitable for the customer in any way. Please note Hard of Hearing Community takes no liability for the fit or functioning of the earphones or headphones in ears as every ear is a different shape and size.   Wearing of earphones and headphones is at the customer's own risk.  Earphones are designed to sit in the outer shell of the ear.  If in doubt with earphones, customers should wear headphones instead.
  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY - Shipping will be within 48 hours. Aqual reduces its carbon footprint by having 90% of products shipped direct from the manufacturer.   Delivery is by trackable, Royal Mail Signed For or 48-hour parcel post or Royal Mail Special Delivery 48 hours by 1.00 pm next working day service.  Small  items will be sent first-class post.  Delivery is at cost.  Please note that our registered office is not a collection point at any time.  No stock is stored there or at the administration office.  One week prior to Christmas and Easter deliveries are made within a 10-mile radius of Farnborough, Hampshire.  Only at that time will deliveries go out twice a day at 11.00 am and 3.00 pm at £5 per delivery pre-paid.  Timed deliveries on request.  No responsibility is taken by Aqual Limited if delivery is impossible for whatever reason reference Christmas delivery. 
  • REFUND & CANCELLATION -Refund of 100% cost of product.  The customer is responsible for returning the item by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  It must be in 'as new' condition in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.  Exclusions to this policy are earphones and headphones for hygiene reasons.  Cancellation will only be accepted before shipment of purchase. The customer can telephone our Customer Service on Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on 01252 405466 (+44 outside UK) or email anna@hearingmarket at any time. The customer will be given a cancellation number.  If an item is out of stock the customer has the right to cancel it.
  • Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card that made the inital transaction.  Refunds cannot be made to a third-party card. 

    We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
    We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.

    Returns Policy
    We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below.

    Goods should be returned in their original product box complete with all accessories. This means we can sell it in a sale and recoup some of the expense.  If a  fault is the reason for return, we will test it .  We test returned items.   In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement or full refund to your original payment card can be issued . 


    Unwanted Goods – within 7 days
    You can return unwanted goods within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will refund the price paid for the goods – you are responsible for return postage cost.
    If the product is returned to us , it must be in a brand new condition it will then be sent to the manufacturer for diagnosis before any refund can be issued.

    Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.

    Please ring us before returning an item so that we know it is yours.
    *These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

    Where a purchase order contains discounts, special order lines, bulk quantities across individual lines or a combination of all 3 then the Purchase Order cannot be cancelled once goods have left our suppliers or returned under our Returns Policy. 
    Special orders must be prepaid, prior to products being ordered from suppliers and shipped to the delivery address on your Purchase Order.


    Manufacturers' Warranty

    For repairs/replacements under manufacturers warranty for any item please complete our online returns form and return the faulty product to us. Please include the reference number provided to ensure your return is processed without delay.



    FORUM - Rude or inflammatory comment to any user will result in intervention of the Webmaster and suspension of the perpetrator from this site.  The perpetrator has 30 days to prove unintended insultThird-party websites who use our forum toadvertise their services will be asked what their intention is.  If no reply is received within 7 days, they will be removed from our website.  Registered Independent Hearing-Aid Audiologists, who ask permission beforehand, will be permitted to post their web addresses and contact details.
  • REFER A FRIEND - Exclusive offer only available to customers who buy from us.  Refer a Friend to our website.  When your friend buys any product, a voucher will be sent out to the value of £10.  Limited to 5 different friends in one calendar year (January to December) that is a maximum of £50 in vouchers from either NEXT or M&S or HALFORDS or WATERSTONES.  If you would like vouchers from a different store, please email  anna@hearingmarket.co.uk with store vouchers in the subject line. 
  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
